Here is NDM’s plan. They still have a claim on the richest land in North America. You are a fool if you think there is no value. Sell the claim to a Chinese company for 1 billion. That’s $2 a share. They will gladly pay. China can sit on it for 25-30 years. Filing paperwork to keep it every year. When the US goes broke they will need tax revenue. China will file for permits and it will go through. China won’t care about the salmon, watersheds, or “public interest”. They will hoard the gold and critical minerals. They won’t even sell it. Their books will represent a loss year after year. The US will lose this resource and not make a dime. If I was NDM I would screw the people who screwed me. But I’m kinda crazy.

this plan may not work. Why would they pay a billion? Is there any other bidder? How about the government of India? Or Brazil? I could see a major offering something but not much.
China is the logical buyer. They will gradually buy off the local and federal congressmen and senators. Also the state politicians too. How long would it take them to bribe everybody? I do not think anywhere near 25 years............i would say closer 5 to 8 years. The key is to make graft and bribery and surveillance of public officials and kick back schemes and compromising pictures of the federal permit workers and politicians, AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS A WAY OF LIFE, over the course of 5 to 8 years a way of life....inculcate these people. make it something they become comfortable with and look forward to...the politicians and their staffs like the two senators are a dime a dozen. They want it, they actually want the bribe money in various ways,like dogs with their tongues hanging out
I would offer 400 million if I were the Chinese, TOPS, and save 100 million to bribe the obviously corrupt federal workers in ACOE, the local and federal politicians, and you can start mining in about 8 years. Throw the money around, you can get a government worker to do anything you want them to, if you throw money at them. They have no morals at all. You can start some 501c non profits to also brainwash the people, and essentially take over the native american social groups. All of this is easy simple. China now owns half the rich mineral belts in Africa and some of the infrastructure there as well....Why not America?....The chinese know how to do this and have the experience in doing it. They know the elections too, inside and out. how to work them and own the process and the voters minds and votes.
O Wait, didn't the Chinese already do this? If NAK makes them an offer, they will say, dummies, we are already doing it. We will get your claims when we want them.....that is in our book, chapter 8, we are still in chapter 4, the bribery money section...We have done this in africa many times so just hold your horses and have patience.
