I would think so. In one of my past posts, maybe a couple weeks ago, I explained (with annotated docs) everything I'd found about the insider shares--there are some discrepancies and what look to be copy/paste errors in the last 10-K and 10-K/A that I tried my best to explain. I bet you'll find the post if you search for the word "discrepancies" in the "search this board" field. Anyway, to the best of my knowledge, any beneficial shareholder would have to file a Form 4 within two business days of selling shares.

One interesting thing though: if you look back at the total volume since this stock first hit its high .0189, there hasn't been enough volume for any significant amount of insider shares to be sold.
