Never heard of a Broker that would let you trade Pennies on Margin...Although for 18 months I was able to get away with it at Fidelity...They later told me it was an internal error...I was only able to borrow on pennies for 2 days until I had to cover by either making a deposit or selling....Like I said ...They eventually caught it and the rep told me there was an internal error...No Margining on Stinky Pinkys
