I don’t see it as a big deal. The company is still keeping up with filings so something is happening.

If they weren’t filing, and this lapsed— different story.

Maybe they let it lapsed and they have something different (hopefully better). The SS is still great and the bid is strong, if it goes lower easy to load and wait for an ever bigger return.

Either way, some news would be nice.
