Hoping to see the fillings on the first week of December.

Probably won't, but that's the hope. At least the O/S hasn't changed and the price has a bit of strength behind it.

All OTC stocks have one or more of the following:
-Garbage management
-Insanely bloated share structures
-Non-existent or unsustainable businesses
-Are straight up fraud or scams
-Mind spinning amounts of debt
