No 1,2% of all capital above 100k must be added to income tax, but I think that is the same in the US.
But it is even worse. No capital gain over property gain. No income tax on rent or dividend provided below 5% of the company is owned.

In Spain where you live capital gain is 25%

But in th Netherlands up to 45% tax is owned over income on wager! Depending on the height of the income.
So we are the true capitalist country! ;)
I do think it is unfair though rich getting richer
