THe better ? would be even more simple

IF there was NO other money coming, WHY WOULDN'T they just move to Class 22

They would end up the same in 22 as 19 if no money is coming back!!! Yet instead they have spent several million $$ fighting to keep their positions in CLASS 19 and not get put in Class 22

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I guess THEY DON'T SEE IT THAT WAY, which could only mean one thing

They must expect one of these to be the case instead;

1. More value will return to CLASS 19 versus Class 22

2. They expect to be re-issued PREFRD shares and receive dividends at the new rate of 6.895% and have the luxury of those shares being convertible to commons at some ratio

IF IF IF no money is coming here their fight makes no sense
If IF IF there is money Class 22 will end up getting more money if if if ALL ( over face) ends up going to the COMMONS

this really is NOT hard to understand as they BOBVIOUSLY FEEL MORE WILL COME TO PREFDS than the commons or they would move in a heartbeat

ALL IMHO using simple logic
