Why Just California?

Has there been any word of NXGWF/GWF opening growing facilities any other states? East Coast / West Coast? Will one facility be enough to ward off the other competitors? It seems if Fed laws change, there will be great shifts of power. I foresee it happening in less than 3 years. IMOP
