as per my broker @ fidelity, the right to purchase shares @ .05 will show up on my fidelity account as a position... like all the rest of my positions. for example, if i have 500k shares as of 10/30/20, i will see a position on my fidelity account showing the option to purchase 500k shares at .05

after reading the s1, and speaking with my broker, its notable that chan has not officially offered this with a start date... and he may not. when/if he officially offers shareholders this right to purchase at .05, we'll know because we'll have a new position posted showing the amount we're allowed to purchase (based on our holdings as of 10/30/20).

this offering may or may not happen... it's at chan's discretion... even with this filing he's not obligated to exercise this program... with fidelity, we'll know it's active automatically.

the aforementioned is my opinion based on reading the S1 and speaking with my broker... it's possible i'm incorrect with my assessment and interpretation of the information. i certainly welcome any thoughts.
