Amarin End-Game:
The end of this tortured investment is finally closing in, thank God! We should all be done with this by the end of January 2022 (closed deal).

1) I think Amarin is Pfizer's by the end of 2021 cash and stock...rumors start @ JPM 2021.https://healthmanagement.org/c/hospital/event/j-p-morgan-39th-annual-healthcare-conference-2021

2) I think the first deal to strike will be a GILD NASH deal between Gilead and Amarin in first week of January 2021. Upfront cash and % royalties for GILD NASH drug.

3) I think Pfizer starts Alzheimer's program with Biogen

4) I think Pfizer will call and take over EU launch ASAP.

5) Pfizer will also take over prosecution of R-I IP in US and launch combination Liptor-Vascepa and rebuild a $10+ billion US sales for combo. Launch of combo 2022-2023.

6) Pfizer will also restart hydroxyl-liptor NCE combo with Vascepa based on superior anti-oxidant LDL properties. Likely a head to head study with Lipitor-Vascepa combo clinical trial that will finish by 2029.

It's happening in 2021, it's closed by end of January 2022....
