Its really too bad that Walmart doesnt have anything to do with TPTW other then renting them FREE PARKING LOT SPACES.
Walmart has no responsibilty whatsoever for the pods or their operations.
The SEC 8K where TPTW and Walmart clearly spells out that Walmart is only supplting FREE PARKING SPACES and they have nothing to do with the pods themselves.
As per the agreement PAGE NO. 1 of 6, ITEM NO.1 ROLES and RESPONIBILTIES.
Of all the big box stores in the world WALMART is the one that certainly doesnt need any more publicity.
