I admit my mistake and retract every statement I made this morning except for my original timeline. Misread the detail in 8-k pertaining to May 2018. Date referred to date Lazar became CEO of Custodian Ventures Inc not EGOC. I also misunderstood the last court date that stated vacated. I have since been corrected.
