Well we have the GOD FATHER here..

Highly unlikely the stock will crash BEFORE the big news....if anything it will sell off only after the "merger" and or "current" news is out.

On this surge the RSI has not even hit 90 yet. The Friday early close will also allow it some breathing room....then IMO if no news it stabilizes and the RSI cools off and the stock may even form a stair step base....
