There are known odds on lottery tickets. And most of the proceeds go to something that benefits the public - education, etc.

Unlike penny stock scams like ACRL which only benefit insiders and management. And are based on a mountain of lies, with occasional forays into illegal territory.......

No, lottery tickets and scammy penny stocks have little in common.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
