The COMPANY holds controlling interest of the shares

There was no need for a VOTE to Reverse Split....the BOD made the decision on their own


Jan 15th is the Reverse Split


Jan 20th the Controlling interest will again raise the Authorized Shares to accommodate upcoming Mergers.....lol

The Average lifespan of a "PINK" CEO is 2 Reverse Splits

Then talks of a Reverse Merger or Buyout fly and a new CEO is named so he too can take all your Hopium cash
