After patent loss - 'The Thrill is Gone' - -


(one of my first records in life - still holds even today - Fantastic).

For Amarin we are now looking at the long hard route to gain in SP.

Meaning - the company has to make money. And how soon will something happen in Europe - are we talking months or years ?

The only thing that could move the SP above 20 - in one move - would be 'restoring lost patents' - and I dont really know If that is even on the table anymore - applying for Supreme Court etc. ?

Does anyone know exactly where we are in the Legal process - of restoring patents ?
