This statement is totally misleading!


Redhawk has never massively diluted.
They never diluted to pay bills.

And they don’t dilute to feed themselves.

You do realize klug is already a multi millionaire from Omni.

DID YOU READ THAT NOBODY TAKES COMPENSATION EITHER???? And almost everybody in the company is heavy with commons.

THERE IS ONLY 1 ENDGAME WHEN THE MANAGEMENT HAS BASED THEIR PAY ON PERFORMANCE....AS OPPOSED TO USING THIS COMPANY FOR ATM.

This much I can tell you from my own experience analyzing businesses, if bod and management aren’t taking pay, they have ALOT of faith In their ability to perform. HECK....I myself have faith that they will perform based off the managements extraordinary history of turning good companies over.

We literally just witnessed this via the filings as they tell a whole separate battle that was won with no glory besides people worried about the PPS.
Most stocks I would have been long gone.
I have no problem sticking my neck out for good companies that do the right thing. This one is just very well planned out
