Ok, so who ever owns the CDs which appear to be in form of shares seem to be satisfied with selling their shares in the .02 range. This is keeping the pps. depressed. So why buy in the .03s when shares can be had in the .02s. That's my point. How do we get a higher pps when we have that going on?
