Agreed DD, they better have premarket news ready to be released, otherwise it's not gonna be a pretty open today, because their tweet last week said Q Monday, no remaining notes, and positive news flow coming right!

So a r/s filing with no accompanying news release fully explaining it will not go over very well despite the A/S reduction also being included...imho anyways, glta
