Again, not true. Many medmal insurance policies allow the MD to dictate whether or not to settle. I have that clause in my medal policy because I would never settle if I did nothing wrong. You'd be surprised but now I know you are not an MD, not a lawyer, and not an insurance broker! Try not to make wildly inaccurate statements that are based on your best guess instead of facts. Fact finding takes time but it make for a more genuine discussion. Otherwise it devolves into religion/politics.
