Getting sued does not imply guilt, simply that one party believes there is some legal wrongdoing and they are calling for an evaluation, ie. justice. On face value, you are correct. Doctors are getting sued for writing for opioids if not done in a way consistent with published guidelines which include prescription tracking, database updates, and patient compliance with drug testing and office follow up. Or if they are illegally writing for opioids. So, it's not accurate what you are saying. And like each patient in medicine requires as individualized care as possible, so would every legal case. I'm assuming you are neither a doctor or a lawyer......
