For certain, but history has shown that any outflow is looked upon as a buying opportunity, and with the notable exception of the real estate debacle all corrections are short lived and the market moves higher. Even the COVID19 collapse was short lived. There could be some unforeseen event that would precipitate a sell-off, but what and when is impossible to predict.
