Great post Excel. And big thanks to Eli for running this thing!

If my memory serves me correctly, prior to the "one loss and you are out" losers pool, there was just the winners pool with the KING being the last man standing with no losses.

The good folks who ran that board kept the zero loss folks in the winners (or King) pool. Everyone with 1 or more losses, went to a SUBSET pool of the winner's pool which just so happened to be called the losers pool. That's where you fought for the runner up prizes.

Nothing has changed except the Winner's pool is no longer broken into two pieces. There's one King and runner ups.

The "new" Losers pool was an extra added bonus.
