IF I HAD TO GUESS.......
My guess (and this is stricly a guess) is that STRU probably got SEC comments late last week and responded back by the end of this week....only after calling the SEC first, to see if their answers were adequate for the SEC.
I would further guess (from emails Doug has sent out to various people) that the EMG retail contract will finally be announced around the time of the s/h mtg. I wouldn't be surprised if we further heard about a couple more smaller retail contracts.
Shareholders will obviously be voting on the members of the board of directors. As I have stated on RB many times, I would not be surprised to see Lou Sanboeuf as a new board member.
My DD tells me that something is cooking with Norsvin Intl....not sure what....maybe we will acquire them or maybe we will get exclusive worldwide rights to their genetics or something similar to this....not exactly sure.
It wouldn't surprise me to hear about another acquisition at the shareholders meeting. Maybe we will finally hear about Elite Genetics and some kind of special product...not really sure.
My guess is the alliance herd is growing daily/weekly and hopefully we will finally hear some definitive information on this at the s/h mtg. It would be great news to hear something positive on this subject. If we have exceeded our annual goal for alliance sows, that would be very bullish. I hope so.
I don't think IBP will be buying out STRU at this time anyway but I suspect that STRU is working on some major alliance or partnership deal with STRU......my guess is it would be something very big....but might not happen for a while yet.
From Doug's emails, it sounds like STRU is getting requests for products and services from all over the world. Over the next six months, I think we will hearing about a lot of deals overseas. I think STRU is going international.
How nice to have so many revenue streams spread out over several species, products, and services: pigs, sheep, deer, turkey, chicken, etc.....semen, gilts, boars, AI, ET, Tenderprime; market hogs and retail sales.......unbelievable!!!! And soon international....Phillippines, France, Spain, Ireland, England, Germany, you name it.
My guess is...if we aren't off the pinks by Oct 28th, we probably will be back on OTC before Thanksgiving.
Everything is falling into place (slowly but surely) and STRU should take off one of these days in the not too distant future. But that is just my opinion and I could very well be wrong.
