I have seen the custodian termination occur and still take months before a merger happens if not longer. The custodian termination occurs after claims as the court has deemed that the newly appointed CEO( David Lazar) has full undisputed control and is a fit owner/ CEO. The determination only waits until merger if the court has corners over the leadership of the custodian they appointed. Doesn't happen with Lazar due to his long standing track record with custodianship. Again claims hasn't been requested yet so months away from court case closing and also the SEC financial filings have not begun yet. So again could be looking at months before positive news.
