It seems the people at Attis has the means and the know how to turn a profit in Clayton.

When I look at the plant it seems quite basic compared to fulton. It isnt a land purchase, renting 6 acres, purchasing plant and equipment. Looks like a very capable plant though from those pics.

I'd start the bidding at 2MM
