The acquiring of the Biodiesel plant after two other owners couldn’t make it profitable gives pause to why? A much less expensive means to manufacture or a dirt cheap bio mass / base oil feed?

The price paid for the plant you would assume as similar to the purchase of the Fulton plant, $20mm with a $57 mm appraisal. That would put Attis ahead to begin with. Just speculation.
