Fine, you might be right but WHY? What’s the benefit to the company?

Do you have any idea how much money these people have made over just the last five years? I mean in addition to their half a million dollar salaries? The insider deals they have cut, the sale of Cognate, loans to the company at usurious interest rates, and spinoffs like the CEO's new little side project? Not to mention the cash raises they use to pay themselves while handing out cheap warrants, then pumping the share price by saying things like, "We want everyone to come to the ASM because it could be interesting!", and "We expect hard data lock by the end of May and TLD sometime in June or July"?

The CEO has made tens of millions. That's a fact that no one can deny. It's incredible how oblivious people are to what is really going on here. I've seen this scam pulled a dozen times. If they release the data it's all over. No more half a million dollar salaries. No more side deals that enrich the leadership of this company while leaving the shareholders hanging. It all comes crashing down. I hope that answers your question as to "Why?" It's not complicated, and people should really open their eyes.
