Getting court authorized termination is not linked to a RM. It is simply Lazar getting relieved of his court appointed duties so he is free to run the company as CEO and not have to report to the court. A RM may take days, weeks, years after that. The court no longer cares.

Some custodians don't get that luxury and are under the judges eye during the whole process...
