Perhaps the board should discuss the ethics of withholding data from the scientific community so the company can secretly line up a merger or acquisition, or even withhold data for months to make a splash at ASCO. Come on people. Great TLD would be announced so that the process of approval could begin, followed by conferences and publication of full data. There is no buy out or merging dealing going on. The release of TLD is due to a problem encountered in the analysis, in my opinion.
