Only in the OTCs, eh? The sordid stories that emerge when looking into these tickers are outrageous, and this looks to be one of the legendarily crazy ones. I didn't know anything about this ticker or its history aside from having looked up a couple docs at Clark County Courts when I saw that custodianship was granted, plus of course your info and what I saw in the ibox today. I did see today from a cursory look at the Dec. 2019 SEC complaint that they sought to freeze assets of the defendants so they couldn't "abscond with, transfer, convert, or further dissipate assets" of their victims.
