Thanks Daiello. I think the first option would be the easiest and quickest one. I don't think $4 bid price would be tough to achieve looking at the fundamentals & growth profile of KAVL. 400 shareholders would be something that needs to be seen. But, I am sure with the kind of promotions the company has done in last few months. We should have made much progress on this front + I think the recent PR through word of mouth should spread like fire and get more shareholders.
