I give it atleast 4 months before prep finishes. He hasn't filed any SEC reports except for the 8-k and I just checked the case number A-20-816257-B with Clark county courts he hasn't requested a claims hearing yet. Once he gets a claims hearing the jude will likely grant 30 days for anyone who may have voting rights to oppose a claims motion. If noone steps forth then likely after a 30 day period the judge will grant a claims motion to David Lazar in which he will have 10 days to start the claims process. Once DL give the order then there will be a 30 day period for anyone to submit claims. Then afterwards he can file for the termination of custodianship and be ready to merger anytime. I would assume SEC reports would be finished in the meantime. The only plus is that he did file a certificate of designation which most likely means he has created preferred shares and issued them to himself. He is working on several tickers at moment that he has almost finished for example XMET. With the XMET example nearly all steps are done but he has to clean the share structure and cancel excess shares after the claims period ending in a couple weeks. If you need an example of the steps they are listed on a pinned post on that board step by step with dates included. Again only using XMET as an example of the next steps to expect in the custodian/ reverse merger process as it is also a David Lazar stock. Hope this helps.
