Hey there philg,

Thanks for the post. Most people would be shocked at how quickly you can whittle that list (.000s anyway,) down to around 50.

I first dump foreign stocks (F and Y fifth letter designations.)

Next is dumping any greys.

Next is eliminating anything with an O/S higher than 5B.

I have been doing this list for as long as I can remember and historically in my experience you are left 60 or 70 tickers.

If you take those remaining and check AOIs with SOSs for A/S increases not reported with otcmarkets, prolly less than 50 remain.

Cherry pick the best share structures and you have a short watch list for 2021.

Sure I miss out on some, but I rarely get caught in P&Ds.

With a short watch list, you can manually check SOSs for reinstatements, amendments, new custodians and R/Ms.

You can see it before the market and before the otcmarket updates.

I share the long list because it worthless to anyone who doesn't want to do the work.
