Except for obvious MM wash trades at the bid an $5 to $10 paint jobs at the bid there has been no volume under $4.30/share for some time.

The real ask has been creeping higher a nickle at time for about about 12 weeks now.

Only 292K share float for a private biotech going public from an OTC CE shell is going to create on hell of a deer in the head lights move when the SEC 1-A (or S-1) filing drops.

NDTP has a date with Cramer on Mad Money for next year Imho.
