It may be better to wait until end of day to BUY. It's never a good idea to BUY into a run up, especially early into a trading session. Keep in mind that hundreds of traders bought this stock when it was in the 0.000 range, so many of them are now in the process of locking in their profits, and if enough of them do this in a single trading session the PPS will definitely drop. This is not the rule but it is more common than not.

This is only my personal opinion that I generally follow. Also another rule I follow is never BUY in the first hour of any trading session unless you have reason to do so.

Personally, I'm waiting to toward the end of today's trading session to BUY if is looks like it has come back down to its current resistance level of 0.013.

If it comes close to this pps, I will add to my position.
