Nobody said they were under investigation, they were suspended for a violation of Covid 19 regulations. Means nothing they are not under investigation. They are suspended and if they proceed with the 211 before the one year period expires, they will again be scrutinized by the SEC. Red flags go up with a suspension on your record.

They will file after the expiration of the one year suspension.
