It’s laughable that you think your going to make money on a Dwyer scam. He and his buddies are systematically diluting. As people get excited about this scam he dumps shares.
His story is that he raised the O/S to convert preferred shares but he’s giving shares as collateral for loans to pay his salary at GCGX.
Check the financials. Most recent was 150 million shares to his buddy Rick. So Dwyer gets paid and his buddy will sell into the bid for a month or so.
Where do you think these big sales into the bid at the bottom are coming from?
