I'm assuming you had some latitude in regards to timing - so, can we assume you don't think postponing the buy until the filing delay has more definition would be prudent? If it had to be today for whatever reason, would you have postponed if you could have?

Thinking if FDA says tomorrow 3-6 month inspection delay, stock drops ~ 20% in short term. Is that realistic, and, even if it is, is it inconsequential enough long term (to you) that it's overall not worth handicapping?
