Insiders did not buy a single share. The Form 4s are for shares that Elituv gave both himself and his three amigos.

They cannot sell them at will. You can see when they remove the restrictions on them in order to sell them by keeping track of the number of restricted shares in the SS.

They have to keep them a minimum of 6 months from the time issued, btw. And are limited as to how many they can unrestrict.
