Company started this lawsuit in January 2019 and they have had plenty of time to discover where Madero's funds are located. They are not concerned at all about the collection process.

Getting to this point of winning the lawsuit was the challenge since they had to follow international laws and that is what getting all the required documentations was critical to their case. The affidavit from the publisher should not have taken this extra time but, without it, they could not file for the default judgement which they just did yesterday.

The judge can now rule in their favor regarding the lawsuit. Once that ruling is posted in pacermonitor.com, the stock price should go strong into the pennies, especially when the company releases a press release about it.
