if there was bad news we would already know it

You have it 100 percent backwards. If there were good news we would already know it. In fact, we would have known it five years ago when they did the IA - you know the one that actually assessed efficacy and not safety. The IA that biosectinvestor seems so confused about. The one they did in 2015 that wasn't part of any lawsuit because no one knew about it. The one they kept very hush hush and never said a word about. The one where they buried the data. The one where, coincidentally, they just up and decided to completely change the focus of the trial after learning the results.

It's human nature to want to share good news immediately. When you have good news to tell, you can barely contain yourself in your eagerness to share it with your friends, your family, with the whole world. The same is true with companies, especially public companies that have created such a miraculously world-changing product as this supposedly near-cure for cancer. If this product really is what everyone hopes it will be, do you really think things would have been this quiet for this long - like 14 years long? Do you really think this company would be so absurdly withdrawn? And do you really think we would have gone through so many desperate cash raises and dilutions if they actually had good news about a life-saving product. No, it's just not possible.

I've been telling everyone the truth for a long time. What they have is not good news, and that is why they continue to refuse to release the data. I don't know if it's because the product doesn't work, or if it's because they botched the trial and the data is no good (I lean toward the latter), but the fact is they have nothing. Yesterday you wrote that it was certain their new endpoints would be approved and the data would show efficacy. How in the world did you jump to that conclusion? You can't just reconfigure the endpoints after the fact in order to conveniently meet what the data shows. That's not how scientific trials work. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but these are the facts, and they should be obvious to everyone by now.
