Retail does not sell at $3.27 , 2 minutes after a buy at $4 on stock like this.

Could have been an MM stop loss trip attempt with a wash trade by MMs.

I would out nothing past the MMs.

MM NITE moved a nice share lot up to $10 on the ask heading higher.

When the news/SEC filings drop, there will nothing left under $10/share in minutes imho.
