Quarterlies are based upon KWBT's fiscal year. They are not "promised" they REQUIRED in November! Now past due. They must file the 10Q or an extension. Based upon the fact they didn't bother to file the 10Q or the extension in the second quarter, it's anyone's guess what these clowns will do [Or not do] with regard to required filings. A delisting candidate for sure.

Last two days has been heavy selling. Not a good sign. More possible dilution or simple liquidation of a position.
