Best to look at what you KNOW and what you do not KNOW (for sure guaranteed) here between ENZC and Bioclonetics.

What you know ( lets keep this just about the Stock and not maybe's)

a. The players and who they are Charles C , Harry Z , Joseph C , Guarav C, who are named on the ENZC website and they have been given titles. You know at least one Advisor will be on ENZC Dr. Ronald Moss
b. The PR's all listed on the OTC Markets News and what they state about new CEO, Binding LOI, Texas A and M , Shared Bioclonetics PRs that Charles is reporting to the Original Investors there and so on .
c. There is no doubt there is going to be a Merger of some sort.
d. You know what OTC Markets has on its ENZC site as of today . Share Structure and other info on disclosures/filings/profile etc .

e. THEN you found out something today and it has been posted here , but you can not see it unless you went to the Delaware SOS page and you saw the following . However this is not ENZC or it would have been on the ENZC OTC Market disclosure . The REASON it is not on the ENZC disclosure is.... it is NOT ENZC as you knew it . It came up yesterday on 11/17/2020 as Delaware SOS filing "name change for one thing .
Old name was Enzolytics Inc changed to New Name ENZC Sub Inc.

What you DO NOT KNOW as the Merger comes

a. How is Bioclonetics going to look if you were an investor there being merged with Enzolytics . Are you still a shareholder of Bioclonetics or "new" Enzolytics and if so what does it look like then.
Along with that how does the notes that mature on 11/30/2020 , 7 business days from today (Holiday not included) look like for Bioclonetics and how does that affect my original investment .

b. How are the "old" ENZC shareholders going to look like when the Merger comes about . Something to think about , how does your share structure change or any other item as the "New" ENZC comes to life .
The Old was 'changed yesterday" and yet TBD what the "NEW" looks like until it is disclosed.

c. Will the new Company be under Delaware SOS or under the Wyoming SOS starting off and since I know now that a Company called ENZOLYTICS MERGER CORPORATION was "INCORPORATED" as of yesterday 11/17/2020, what
exactly is that and how does it also fit into the picture.

Long before all these posts about HIV, who is the GMP, all the great DD that I and others have been a part of supplying .... My recommendation is one should really know what their own stance is in the New and Improved (ENZC, ENZC Sub Inc, Enzolytics Merger Corporation, Bioclonetics or what ever this turns out to be).
Hence , know what you own and in reality no one as of today with these actions can answer the above on what you do not know.

However Charles Cotropia can as the CEO , so Charles your the Man, Your the Attorney (thank goodness) , you have been very, very busy and I look forward to how this is going to look . Remember what I posted on a message from Harry Z "Charles is working on it" , Charles is the End of the line on how the "new and improved" comes out. I look forward to seeing that as none of us really know what it looks like as of today.

Personally I am waiting for Charles and making sure I manage my trades, my risk , and being EXTREMELY LIQUID with 5 DIGIT + $ Big time if any of the above answers are made public so I can do so in an educated fashion.
