Depending on 'How you read and interpret the above statement' it actually reveal a number of things about this case:

1. Hikma actually didn't expect to win in Nevada patent case.

2. Almost sound like an excuse: "As we didn't expect to win" - we did not have time to prepare/start production in time.

So JT do have a point here' that 'killing a Branded product' this early in it's life is very unusual - so Generic 'was taken 'just as much by surprise as Amarin (nothing prepared to start production).

Just again' again' indicates the 'complete unexpected ruling in Nevada court - BY EVERYONE involved.
