What's happening is very routine. Most investors that participated in the earlier financings bought shares with 100% warrants at a SP between $.17 and $.30. At the current price of $1.30 and a buy in a few years ago at $.17, those investors have a 7.6 to 1 return on the common. They're "shorting against the box" on the warrants exercisable at $.22 and locking in a 5.9 to 1 return with a risk less bet on the original shares!!!
