Did Anavex miss the PDD primary endpoint?

The answers is kind of, but probably not really.

As the primary endpoint Anavex specified only the "Continuity of Attention" test component of CDR. That test yields 3 computed factors, but only two of them were reported in the readout results.

1 simple reaction time -> not reported
2 choice reaction time -> p = 0.039
3 digit vigilance -> p = 0.008

As a bonus, not part of either the primary or secondary outcomes measures, we got Quality of Episodic Secondary Memory, but state just as Episodic Memory (p = 0.003).

Up for grabs how to define whether or not the primary endpoint was met. The market seems to think not, but I think is great and bodes well for the P3 trial.
