WE keep coming up with December 28th for the second distribution for the purposes of taxes. It will protect the use of the NOL in 2020 and change of ownership Dec 28th - January 2nd. Also the conditions of the use of the 90% Reit rule. We should know on the 18th notification but should have a cash distribution at any time IMO
