NWBO Goes it alone?

I was talking to a friend who's made a career working for big pharma. After talking with him about the general structure of a Pharm company, I don't see how NWBO realistically does this alone. They'll need to develop divisions in the company for HR, Sales & Marketing, Legal and Regulatory, Finance, Manufacturing, R&D, & Medical affairs. (I'm sure I've left something out) All of these divisions would be headed by a VP that would then report to a COO. Putting together all of these divisions from scratch seems unrealistic to me. With good data is there anyone that believes NWBO will attempt to go it alone?
